File Specifications

Please refer to these guidelines when preparing your PDF file for upload:

1. The page size for a card without a bleed should be 3.5" x 2". For a card that bleeds (there are background colors or other elements that will print to the very edge of the card with no white border), the page size should be 3.75" x 2.25", with the elements that bleed extending beyond the 3.5" x 2" trim size.
2. Keep your text and logos at least .15" away from the trim edge to ensure that they aren't cut off when your cards are trimmed.
3. Please set up your document so that there is only one card in the layout - do not set up an "10-up" or "8-up" 8.5" x 11" sheet.
4. If possible, please convert your file to CMYK color mode.
5. Please save your file as a high-resolution (300 dpi) PDF. Adobe Acrobat settings for "Press Ready" or "Press Optimized" or "Print Ready" or "Print Optimized" should create a high resolution file suitable for printing. Please note that most images saved from web pages are low-resolution (72 dpi) and will look jagged or blurry when printed.
6. Please also choose the "Embed all Fonts" option when saving your PDF file.
7. There is a 1 MB file size maximum for the PDF file upload.
